Jeff has been with AT&T for 9 years and has served in security and risk management roles for over 20 years.  He has created and led security operations, policy, engineering, consulting, risk assessments and projects teams.    Jeff has served with the Cloud Security Alliance (CSA) and with IT-ISAC (Information Sharing and Advisory Council), working with peer companies to identify and mitigate threats to the critical IT infrastructure.  Jeff is co-founder of Maryland and Delaware Infragard.

Jeff is currently the Executive Director of Technology Security for Cloud and Hosting and Application Services Security in the AT&T Business Marketing Product Management organization where his team develops and supports security solutions, strategy and product management that serve business areas including Application Services, Hosting, and Cloud Services for AT&T Customers around the world.

Previously, Jeff held the position of Chief Security Officer at USinternetworking (USi). In addition, Jeff has been CISO of PG&E's National Energy Group, responsible for network engineering at Citicorp, Systems Engineering at ARINC, and Radar engineering at United Technologies.

Jeff holds BS and MS degrees in Engineering.  He is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), a Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) and is certified in risk and information systems control (CRISC).
