Maria Shaw is the VP, IT Risk Management & Compliance at McKesson.  Maria took on this new role in 2009, supporting the CISO in building out an enterprise IT Risk Management program.  As part of this she persuaded the Business Unit CIOs to put in place local resources, and has also developed common policies, processes and tools that are leveraged to manage IT Risk and Security.  Prior to this she led McKesson’s SOX program and the Corporate Financial Systems team. Her background was with Deloitte & Touche in their UK and San Francisco practices, and she holds a masters degree in Computer Science from Cambridge University.
