Scott Sysol is Vice President of Infrastructure Services and Chief Information Security Officer for CUNA Mutual Group. He reports to the Chief Information Officer and provides strategic direction, vision, and leadership to the corporation in infrastructure technology, operations, and security.
Scott joined CUNA Mutual in June 2008. He works at the company’s home office in Madison, Wisconsin.

Scott has worked in the Information Technology field since 1991, focusing on infrastructure and security disciplines.

Prior to joining CUNA Mutual, Scott spent seven years at CNA Insurance in Chicago, Illinois. At CNA, he led the Technical Architecture team for five years and then served as the Chief Information Security Officer for two years. Previously, Scott managed the technology consulting practice for Vanenburg Business Systems for four years.

Scott earned a Bachelor’s Degree in computer science from the State University of New York (SUNY) at Fredonia. He is a Certified Information Security Manager (CISM).

Scott lives with his wife, Mary Pia, and their two children, Elizabeth and Gabrielle.
