SPONSOR PAVILION INFORMATION

The Sponsor Pavilion is set up so that while guests enjoy a great dinner buffet and mingle, they have the opportunity to visit your booth and learn more about your products and services.   We will provide bags for attendees to pick up collateral and sales gift items as they stroll by and meet with you.  We also provide them with a Passport for Prizes booklet to have stamped by sponsors during the Sponsor Pavilion in order to be eligible to win some great prizes from each of the sponsors at the end of the Awards.

Reminder of Logistics for the Event:

  1. Sponsor Pavilion set up time on Wednesday, June 6th, 4:00pm – 5:45pm. All sponsors should be set up and ready to go by 5:45pm. The Pavilion Dinner begins at 6:00pm and will end at 7:30pm. Your table assignment in the pavilion will be labeled before your arrival.
  2. Location of Event:  it will be in the Atrium on the second floor of the hotel.
  3. Shipping Tracking Numbers:  If T.E.N. was sent tracking numbers by your company ahead of time, we will provide those to the hotel so they can pull your boxes and place at your booth before your arrival. Download Shipping Label (DOC)

  4. Credit Card Authorization FormREQUIRED BY ALL SPONSORS WHO SHIP ANYTHING TO THE HOTEL or need electrical or AV. Due to security measures Starwood will send every sponsor an electronic credit card authorization form—please complete this form if you intend to ship anything to the venue.
  5. Electrical and IT needs– must be handled directly through the hotel and you are responsible for any costs associated with those requests.  There is no charge for electrical, but they require you use the hotel power strip protector and there is a fee of $15.00.  Contact the hotel if you need to place an order and they will respond with ordering forms, etc.

  6. Audio Visual needs:  Requests are to be handled ahead of time directly with the hotel.  You are responsible for any costs associated with AV requests. Download AV Order Form (PDF)
  7. Breakdown of Sponsor Tables:  The sponsor pavilion dinner will end at 7:30pm and guests will be seated for the Awards Gala.  We encourage you to attend the Awards Gala and afterwards the Afterglow Champagne and Desserts Reception.  You can leave your table setup until after the Dessert reception and then pack up, but must be all packed by 11pm.  Please DO NOT leave any valuables at your sponsor tables when you leave.  If you need any assistance with your boxes after packing up - the hotel banquet staff will be able to assist.
  8. Outbound Shipping:  Please package and label all your boxes prior to leaving the pavilion area. You must have filled out the credit card authorization form with the hotel to use their shipping services. The hotel has an automatic FedEx and UPS pick-up so no need to make special arrangements. If you plan to use a different courier you will need to schedule a pick-up directly.

Ad Specifications

A benefit of your sponsorship is inclusion of an ad in the Awards Program given out at the Awards Gala.  We must receive your ad by Wednesday, April 25, 2012. Display sponsorship does not include ad space, but does include a company logo and description.

Judges Luncheon

If you are a Gigabyte or Megabyte sponsor you may have an executive representative attend and observe the Judges luncheon on Wednesday, March 28, 2012  in Dallas,TX from 11:30am-2:00pm. Please provide the the name and title of the staff member attending the Judges luncheon on your behalf.

To make a hotel reservation please contact the Sheraton Dallas. A limited number of rooms are available at a discounted rate of $129 for Tuesday, June 5th and Wednesday, June 6th as a courtesy block.  At the time of booking, please ask for the ISE Central 2012 courtesy rate.

About the Executive Forum

The ISE Central Awards are held in conjunction with an Executive Forum which includes the Chief Security Officer of Heartland Payment Systems as the keynote speaker. In addition, the program includes interactive roundtable discussions and hot topic panel discussions. The program offers the opportunity to meet with peers and leading IT executives from across the region to discuss and share insights into today's issues and solutions.  View the detailed agenda
