CPE Credits

Attendance at the ISE Southeast Executive Forum can earn you up to four (4) Continuing Professional Education (CPE) credits!

Upon completion of the program, T.E.N. will send the CPE credits to (ISC)2. Please be sure to provide your membership number during registration.

Members who provide proof of attendance will be evaluated on an individual basis by ISACA. Email your completion certificate request here, and it will be sent to you to submit to ISACA.

If you are a member of any other association that provides CPE credits for security-related events and require documentation to qualify for credits, please email us here.

SPONSOR PAVILION INFORMATION

The Sponsor Pavilion is set up so that while guests enjoy a great dinner buffet and mingle, they have the opportunity to visit your booth and learn more about your products and services.  We will provide bags for attendees to pick up collateral and sales gift items as they stroll by and meet with you.  We also provide them with a Passport for Prizes booklet to have stamped by sponsors during the Sponsor Pavilion in order to be eligible to win some great prizes from each of the sponsors at the end of the Awards.

Reminder of Logistics for the Event:

  1. Sponsor Pavilion set up time is on Tuesday, March 13th, 4:00pm – 5:45pm. All sponsors should be set up and ready to go by 5:45pm. The Pavilion Dinner begins at 6:00pm and will end at 7:30pm. Your table assignment in the pavilion will be labeled before your arrival.
  2. Location of event:  it will be in the main Pre-function Ballroom area - located on the Conference room level - 4th floor of the hotel.
  3. Tracking Numbers:  If T.E.N. was sent tracking numbers by your company ahead of time, we will provide those to the hotel so they can pull your boxes and place at your booth before your arrival. Download Shipping Label (doc)
  4. Credit Card Authorization FormREQUIRED BY ALL SPONSORS WHO SHIP ANYTHING TO THE HOTEL or need electrical or AV.  Due to security measures Starwood will send every sponsor an electronic credit card authorization form.
  5. Electrical outlets & AV Needs – must be handled directly through the hotel and you are responsible for any costs associated with those requests.  We have provided the AV price list and contact form.  There is no charge for electrical, but they require you use the hotel power strip protector and there is a fee of $15.00.   6. Breakdown of sponsor tables:  The sponsor pavilion dinner will end at 7:30pm and guests will be seated in the Grand Ballroom (next door) for the Awards Gala.  We encourage you to attend the Awards Gala and afterwards the Afterglow Champagne and Desserts Reception.  You can leave your table setup until after the Dessert reception and then pack up, but must be all packed by 11pm.  Please DO NOT leave any valuables at your sponsor tables when you leave.  If you need any assistance with your boxes after packing up - the hotel banquet staff will be able to assist.
  7. Outbound Shipping:  Please package and label all your boxes prior to leaving the pavilion area. You must have filled out the credit card authorization form with the hotel to use their shipping services. The hotel has an automatic FedEx and UPS pick-up so no need to make special arrangements. If you plan to use a different courier you will need to schedule a pick-up directly.

Ad Specifications

A benefit of your sponsorship is inclusion of an ad in the Awards Program given out at the Awards Gala. Please refer to the ad specs below and submit your ad by Wednesday, February 1st. Display sponsorship does not include ad space, but does include a company logo and description.

Judges Luncheon

If you are a Gigabyte or Megabyte sponsor you may have an executive representative attend and observe the Judges luncheon on Monday, January  30, 2012 in Atlanta, Georgia from 11:30am-2:00pm. Please provide the name and title of the staff member attending the Judges luncheon on your behalf.
