T.E.N.’s ISE® Sponsorship Policy for joint sponsorships

Tech Exec Networks, Inc. (T.E.N.) will contract with one organization only for all events and payment will be accepted from only the contract signer. This organization is referred to as the “Signing Company” and the designated Sponsor’s Partner is referred to as the “Partner.”  T.E.N. will accept a joint sponsorship from a solution provider or vendor with a channel partner/reseller (VAR), integrator or consulting services firm provided that:

• One company serves as the Signing Company and takes full responsibility for payment.
• All communication with T.E.N. regarding the sponsorship will occur with only the contract signer or designated primary contact.
• The partner relationship must be declared by the Signing Company at the time of contract signing or at least 30 days prior to the event unless pre-approved by T.E.N.
• here is only one Signing Company and Partner per sponsorship per ISE Program.

A Signing Company with a Partner must adhere to the following requirements:

Joint Promotion

• Signing Company and Partner both consent that only one company logo will be used byT.E.N. for promotional purposes and that partner logos co-joined to create one logo will not be accepted.
• Signing Company and Partner both consent that only one company description will be used by T.E.N. for promotional purposes and that the description can incorporateinformation about both companies providing it does not exceed the word limit as allowed by sponsorship package.
• Both Signing Company and Partner can be branded on the Sponsor Pavilion booth but the Partner cannot be branded with out the Signing Company.
• If the Signing Company is a kilobyte sponsor and above, the advertisement within the program book can have imagery and content supporting both organizations but cannot contain imagery supporting only the Partner.
• The Signing Company will be the one referenced on the "Passport for Prizes" collateral.  In addition, only the Signing Company will be referenced by the Master of Ceremonies during the "Passport for Prizes" Drawing which takes place at the conclusion of the ISE Awards Gala.

Attendance

• Must follow guidelines of sponsorship level that is contracted. If the sponsorship contract is for a display or kilobyte sponsorship, only one delegate will be allowed to attend the event. Delegates are not allowed to share badges without approval from T.E.N. Any exchange of badges between delegates must be registered with T.E.N. at the time of event registration and will take place at the T.E.N. registration desk.
• Additional delegates can be added at $180 per ticket for the celebratory portion of the event. Additional VIP passes are $750 per ticket but must be requested in the initial contract
• The Signing Company's delegate(s) will receive sponsor ribbons on their badges but the Partner’s delegates will not receive sponsor ribbons.  The only exceptions include: 
  
  
  • A Partner who has a designated primary delegate will have a sponsor ribbon
  • A Partner who purchases an additional VIP Pass(es) will have a sponsor ribbon

T.E.N. holds final rights, approval, decision-making authority regarding all sponsorships involving joint sponsorships. T.E.N. holds the right to amend this policy and its conditions at any time without notice. Updated by T.E.N. on April 9, 2012
